No Endorsement of Providers

While we work with accredited Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and education providers, we do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the quality, suitability, or outcomes of any courses, qualifications, or training services.

You are solely responsible for:

• •Verifying provider accreditation and course quality
• •Reviewing enrolment contracts, fees, and terms with providers directly

NextIntake negotiates group pricing with training providers on behalf of pathway members. However:

• •Final pricing is determined by the training provider
• •Discounts may vary based on group size, timing, and provider policies
• •We are not responsible if advertised discounts are unavailable

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• •We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available
• •We exclude all warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability
